Default report in word (resize image and formatting table)

Hello! I’ve got a little issue for you…

When I create a client report, all the product images generated are ok in high and width but if I put that in a table I can only see a part of it and I must resize the table for all the products I’ve inserted! (also my description are hidden!)

I put in attachement, my problem with the formatting of the table. This is the generated report (Untitled-1)

(the text inside the cell below is sometimes no more visible and the picture so! I’ve set the table in word xml edit, but when I produced the report the setting change!)

And the attachment "untitled-2" as I would like it will be

Now I can exchange in word all the table, but in some projects there are many products!
Another problem that occur is the degree… Some character change! But in the original database are ok!
How can I do for not change the setting of the table did in word report edit (in the setup of SI)?

Thanks for all and for any suggestion you can give me
Alessandro
