hat's the difference between "Head End" and "Headend" columns in SI Text?
The Head End drop down has the head end locations from previous head ends that I have entered into the system
The Headend drop down just has _Unassigned

There is no "HeadEnd" column SI5 by default, only a "Head End" column with the space. Did you perhaps rename "Zones" to "HeadEnd" back in SI4 and convert the database over to SI5 or do you still see a "Zones" column available?

Hmmm....the only fields that display "_Unassigned" by default are Locations and Zones. Do you perhaps have one of your Location Types named "HeadEnd"?
