Integrating D-Tools with ERP
Hello experts,
I would like to ask, how to intgerate D-Tools with ERP in a way that the D-Tools updates the ERP with some events. in other words, the D-Tools will triger the ERP SDK or use ERP DB to do some actions. The events meant here is like: Sales Order created, Project completed....
From the SDK, i have only found methods for: querying, creating entities on the D-Tools. i could not find a way that D-Tools can create, update entities on other system.
From my point of view, the integration from D-Tools to ERP should NOT be by making "the ERP query the D-Tools", but to be "D-Tool updates the ERP" somehow.
Please share with me the ideas or methods to do this integration in this way or anyway that supports the business needs.
