Accessorized Price Feature in PDM - D-Tools Forum

OK I just noticed a really cool feature and I'm not sure if it's been there all along and I just never noticed or if this is new?! Either way it is awesome!

When you hover your mouse over the data matrix line of a parent item (item with various accessories) it shows you the installed price with the accessories!

Super cool - now can someone let me know if this is new or if I have just not noticed this before?!

It doesn't seem to work for me - PDM in Visio, SI Text or Autocad?

Are you upgraded to service pack 3? Is your Data Matrix showing the package/ accessory view (items grouped together)?

Yes and Yes. SI Text PDM, dual monitor Win7 with Aero transparency turned off.

If I hover over the parent item it displays a little pop up box with the 'installed price including accessories' - i don't even have to have that item selected.

Not sure why it wouldn't be working on your setup - I am on XP
