I've been trying to add a new phase and when I add it, it shows up in the setup section but never in the MMPP or in a project, and as soon as I close d-tools and re-open... it's gone.
Has anyone else run into this?? Solutions??

I just had the exact same thing happen on a new install/new database. I deleted the new phase from the Setup/Application Project Settings, added it back, then exited D-Tools and rebooted the machine. Brute force/shotgun method, so I so not know which attempt fixed it, but all is well now.
