Question Finalize Sales Order in Quicklinks

Hello All,

Previously, when transferring Sales Orders to Quickbooks, at the end, when it asked if I wanted to transfer to QBooks it said "Transfer items to Quickbooks and mark Sales Order as "Final"? Now it just asks me ""Transfer items to Quickbooks?" It doesn't say anything about marking the Sales Order as Final, nor does it make it final once the transfer is complete.

Is there a checkbox or something I can click that will both transfer the items and mark the Sales Order as Final? Or is there a manual way I can "Finalize" a Sales Order? I tried going into "Manage my Sales Orders" but from there I can only "Close" it, not "Finalize" it.

Thanks for any light you can shed.

Dan

Hi,
SP3 removed the Final option for Sales Orders as that option did not do anything - the sales order was still editable/deleteable.

If you need to close a sales order you have to go to the sales order in Navigator and close it.

Thanks, Naresh. I'll just close them in the navigator. Thanks for the quick reply - I thought I was doing something wrong. So far, SP3 has been very good.
