Does anyone know how to modify a selected head end destination for a wire after it has been added to the project?

Right click on the wire, select assign, then "head end". You should be good to go.

You can also show the column HeadEnd in the Dta Matrix and modify the wire head end before dropping it on the page. I find this very helpful especially since many projects come to me with generic wire head ends that don't match the project requirements. By using the drop down in the Data Matrix I can save several clicks. In fact, it is a good habit to simply browse through all your items and correct any head end isues right out of the gate.
