I have recently updated to windows 7 and I cannot figure out how to change the mouse over colors.

While in the project data matrix, if you mouse over a product that has accessories it shows you the "Installed Price Including Accessories". In XP it worked fine. In Windows 7 it is a white box with transparent text (showing the color underneath).

With the project data matrix being mostly white it is very useless. I have tried changing themes, but I cannot find what setting affects this dialog.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
