What happened to copy project?

When I copy a project, the new project is named Copy of....

Nice, but when I change the name of the project in the project information, the name, Copy of... persists in the project grid?

This makes no sense, refresh does not work on this?

Seems I recall an option or prompt that used to give me the option to name the project anything I wanted when I copied it.

Update:

Once project is checked in, the name updates in the project grid.

Not sure if this is a good thing or not, but at least it gives me confidence that the file was updated.
