Issues with Project Check In/Out options
I bought the software back in March and haven't really used it that much. I was going to use it over the past couple of days and have been running into issues. One was when I tried to run LanSync. It would tell me that the share point was not correct. I could not get that to resolve so just moved on to some other functions. I began with building a new project. The Server and Pro License are both installed on my laptop. If I start to make a new project it will automatically check it out to me. When I go to create another new project it shows that it is checked in. When I try to Check In any projects it comes up with an error "Upload File" "Transaction Aborted". Then when I try to Check Out a project I get this following error message SI Project "with company name" and ProjectGUID '68477b33-530b-4d18-bd48e-7e70acc692c6' is not found on Business Manager server. Now I am one step closer because before I even got this to work I had to uninstall and reinstall my D-Tools software. When I had updated the Server and then updated the Integrator software I could not log onto the software. I was able to log onto the Server but when I tried logging onto my SI5.5 software it said the server could not be found. Now that I think about it I think I know what that issue was but I could be wrong but my main concern now is just trying to get the Project Check In and Check Out working properly.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I purchased the product outright and would now like to finally start using it. Again any help is appreciated.
