Default file transfer from 2 different licenses

my company is doing design work for another company that also uses d-tools. What is the best way to transfer a file from his dtools to mine and vise versa?

The best way is to zip the complete project folder and email it to the other user. The other user can unzip the folder and then use "Import Project" to add the project to their project list (changes have to be sent back vice versa).

We do the same thing - I have tried it in every way possible and the best is to send the entire project folder.
