648: Phases changing in project when project is moved between two machines
Phase names are now stored with a project.
638: Renaming Project Name can cause multiple DTL files in Project Folder
This is corrected. Now DTL name is part of Business Manager project metadata. If you rename project name and check in and check out the DTL remains the same (along with Visio and AutoCAD Sheet Set name). Also if a project folder on server has more than one DTL - only DTL associated with project is copied to local folder.
524: Opening Visio drawing and syncing with text causes items to disappear from drawing
This was happening in some cases when a page name was changed. This has been corrected.
510: Business Manager users can no longer make a copy of a project using Save As
Users can now copy a local project using the new Copy Project button on the Navigator Project Lookup (Local) page.
305: Running Contract no longer prompts you with the Project Information window, Contract tab
When you run a Contract, you are no longer prompted to enter dates in the Project Information window, Contract tab. This has been corrected. Now when running contract report in Text, Visio and AutoCAD the contract window is display.
384: Component IDs Issue
By default Component IDs don't change now for existing products in a project when you modify the Component ID format. Now if you change the Component ID format it applies to new equipment only. If Component ID is made up of Manufacturer or Type or other such parameter and you change Manufacturer or Type the Component ID will NOT change. If you want to modify the Component ID for existing products you must click on Utilities | Component ID format and click "Recalculate" button.
352: Rough-In Wire in Packages reverting to 1 ft wire length
This happened only when adding a new package to a project and adding new products to the package (as part of Add New Package form) and save to Master after clicking OK. This has been corrected.
370: Contract Report not filtering by Phase
Contract report now filters on all options - Phases, Locations, Zones, Pages, Category in both Word and Crystal reports.
581: Archive fails and says "Path not found"
This has been corrected.
513: Authentication dialog can get lost behind other windows and does not appear in Taskbar
This has been corrected.
514: Users can make changes to a project opened read-only in text
If you opened a project read-only you could make changes to it but not save them, Now you are prevented from making changes to a project if it is opened read-only.
517: WalkThru_Avery5263 report has the Category field labels as Discipline
This has been corrected.
518: Accessory Shapes not dropping properly in Visio when auto dropping
If you assigned a specific Stencil and Shape to an item, and that item is an Accessory to another item, and you have the Hidden checkbox unchecked for the item so it will automatically drop on the Visio page when you drag the Parent item, the Shape that you have designated to drop does not drop. The default Shape for that page type dropped instead. This has been corrected.
507: Not prompted to "Check In" project the first time it is opened
When Business Manager users opened a previous version project file the file was converted but the user was not prompted to check in the file when saved. This has been corrected.
509: Query is Too Complex when running Change order reports
Some users received a “Query is too complex” error when running change order reports. This has been corrected.
625: Error 3265 in Navigator After Sorting Columns
This error occurred after changing the sort or the Database or Packages grid in the Navigator. This has been corrected.
628: Packages updating MasterTable, even when No is selected
In some cases the MasterTable was being updated even when the user selected no when prompted to "Update MasterTable for Package?". This has been corrected.
643: Case Settings do not apply to Accessories of items or to existing projects
This has been corrected.
600: Wire Termination Report doesn't show assigned rooms
This has been corrected.
619: Upgrade 2.x and 3.x projects do not prompt for project folder
This has been corrected.
593: Display Connected Points
If when working in a Visio Schematic you select the "Display connected points only" option in the Wiring Options dialog and then later uncheck that option then wires are moved to incorrect inputs/outputs from the bottom up. It ignores and/or forgets where it was connected. This has been corrected.
505: When creating a new project and selecting a client using the New->Client List dialog the Project Folder field is not updated
This has been corrected.
381: Timeout Expired errors
Some users were experiencing time outs over slow network connections. The timeout period has been increased to avoid this problem.
330: OFE showing on Pick List and Packing List
Owner Furnished Equipment was showing up on these reports. This has been corrected.
499: When adding or editing an item the model field is cleared every time you click on it
When adding or editing an item, if you type something in the model field, click away from it to another field, and then click back to the model field, the information in the model field disappears. This has been corrected.
673: Projects with OrderTools PO do not check into Business Manager database
This has been corrected.
676: A period in the first position of the Product Description for Items converts to "@_@_@"
This has been corrected.
226: Reports always use dollars regardless of the currency symbol selected on the International Settings page
OrderTools PO was using the dollar sign regardless of currency symbol specified on the International Settings page. This has been corrected.
