Startup & Lansync Admin Issues
Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere, but a search came up with nothing.
We're using SI5 latest version; it was working (relatively) well yesterday but this morning any attempts to log in (as various users on various machines) are met with the message "We're sorry! The requested license has allready [sic] been installed on a different computer."
However, according to the LANsync Admin Console on the server, no licenses are in use. None of our users or groups have changed or disappeared, but the "Assign Add-On", "Release" and "Assign Users" buttons on the Licenses tap are all greyed out.
