Default All Project files missing!!!!!!!

Worked in D-Tools last week several times and when I tried to open a project this morning... no projects in the list in Navigator. I see the folders in My Documents but they are all empty. I've tried another computer and multiple licenses and all of the project folders are empty there too.

After resuscitation, I went to the LanSync Server desktop computer and found that the project files were still there even though they are missing from every computer's local storage. What the hell????????????????????? How do projects just disappear?

I have "imported" the one project that I need to work on immediately. Am I going to have to do this for all the projects? This is going to take forever and I certainly don't want to have to do this again.

I have found several threads where people mention this as an issue in older versions of the software (I'm 5.2.31), but none have any response from D-Tools. Is this what I should expect from Gold Level Support? Hopefully someone will respond to this.....

Mark,

Can you go to two different clients and post the path to the Projects Folder under the setup tab? I'll await your response. Thanks!

Sorry for the delay. I didn't get an email alert on my thread subscription.

I'm not sure about your question but I'll try to answer.

We have a total of three computers using 2 licenses. My laptop (comp 1) did not have any files in the project folders. The desktop (comp 3, comp 2 is on the jobsite today) did not have any files in the project folders.

Then I tried logging in under a different license, just in case that had something to do with it. Still no files.

The LanSync server (not an SI5 machine) did have the project files in the folders.

Second try at an answer.

The path in SI5 setup is the local project path on both computers. To be frank, I have no idea how they get to the LanSync project folders.

Mark,

I apologize for the delay. The forum is really not the place to get technical support, so I have forwarded your request to http://www.d-tools.com/support/submit-an-issue.html. Jose or some other member of our support team should be contacting you shortly.

Best regards,
