I have tried to put the stencils and blocks in the visualizations folder on the server, and then synced on all user machines and they are not showing up. Am I missing someting or is this a "feature" that was in 4.6 that has not been implemented in 5.2 yet? Any help would be appreciated.

You can put them on your shared folder and copy them over. Once you copy them from shared folder you can drop them in the Visualizations folder.
How does one sync edited stencils and or blocks?
