Default WANSync???

Is there a way that we could use D-tools 5 in the following approach:

We have 4 virtual servers, each running D-Tools SI5, all serving as d-tools servers.

The following all over a WAN:
Company A syncs to virtual server A
Company B syncs to virtual server B
Company C syncs to virtual server C
Company D syncs to virtual server D
(syncs=sync dtools database)

On our end, local, we would have D-Tools clients, one or more for each virtual server, so:

Client 1 and 2 work with Virtual Server A
Client 3 and 4 work with Virtual Server B
Client 5 and 6 work with Virtual Server C
Client 7 and 8 work with Virtual Server D

We would sync over a WAN from the virtual servers, complete work locally on the projects and sync back to the virtual server(s) for Company A, B, C or D to retrieve.

I guess what I am looking for is a logical and efficient way for our designers to work with multiple D-Tools databases, and what type of licensing would be needed to accomplish this, based on the above type setup, and all working over a WAN???

Thanks for any thoughts, ideas or help.
