Wondering if anyone out there is willing to be available for easy questions. Available on an IM basis maybe here and there. I find calling support for simple "how-to" questions is embarrasing (and not the fastest solution) but then I spend forever searching forums to answer those questions a lot of the time not finding the answer and putting off what I should be doing when they are simple "how do I?" things I remember doing but can't remember how.
Anyway, just seeing if that is something anyone would be interested in?
