Campus, building type required? - D-Tools Forum

It appears that we no longer have the ability to remove campus/bulding/floor types in SI5.

I wouldnt say say this isn't something I can't work around, but I was used to removing these location types for simplicity. Can I still do this or am I just missing something.

I'm curious wheter this was done intenionally and if anyone else does the same.

You can. To globally change your Location Types, open the Navigator->Setup tab->Application Project Settings tab. Click the [Edit] button to put in edit mode.

Apparently my mistake was to finish setting up a project without going through setup locations dialog, so default settings were used.

Once a project is set up is there another way to delete campus and building?
Going through the project information - location types is not gettting me anywhere.

To change Location Types within a project, select D-Tools->Project Information->Location Types tab. You can then Add, Edit, or Delete. You cannot delete a Location Type if it is "parent" to another Location Type so you must start from the bottom of the list and work your way up.
