Replace Function - D-Tools Forum

Can someone tell me is there a replace function with in the D-tools software>???

For example....if I do a proposal and have certain receiver..I have it in all my drawings and I want to replace that receiver with a different brand..with out going through 10 drawings and changing them one at a time..Is there a quicker way...Like the replace functin on an excel spreadsheet...???

Right click on item in datamatrix, select Replace Product.

From the Menu Bar in SI4 at the top of the DM or Visiopage go to D-TOOLS>FIND AND REPLACE

In SI%, do the same as above, or select the product on the DM or on the Visio page, right-click>REPLACE PRODDUCT

Find the item using the prompts and select a replacement.

BEWARE! On drawings, the item will be replaced, but the I/O tables may be different and your connections will all need to be reviewed!
