Default Open In Visio

When I open the project in Visio, the Data Package is not imported. Is there a setting to change this?

Do you mean the Project DataMatrix (PDM)? Does the D-Tools menu item load? Do you see any windows along the left side (Stencil Tree, Product Explorer)? To display the windows mentioned above, use D-Tools->View from the menu bar.

Are you in Europe? Did you receive your disc at CEDIA UK. There was an issue with the build on those discs regarding loading the Visio menu. If so, you will need a new disc. Please contact your account manager for a replacement.

Note: Client called tech support and a reinstall of SI 5 corrected the issue and now the Visio menu shows.

Seth,

You beat me to it. Yes, the reinstall resolved the issue.
