mecbrad - I am in the same boat as you. This would much improve the software. Perhaps there should be a list of check boxes in the item's database that has either systems or pages that you would want the item to apply to when you dropped it on one page, it would mirror to the other relevant pages.
To make all my stuff fit on the 30 x 42 page I have just lowered the page scale to where it is still readable and has plently of room to work with.
