I have emailed support and the data dept but havent received an answer. I have had a data subscription in the past but not all of the items have all the information in them like pictures and size. I would like to resubscribe but wanted to know if this has changed? Is it part of the subscription that it should be complete data for the products or what you see is what you get?
The Data Subscription program has come a long way. All NEW items entered will have jpeg images, as well as all applicable fields completed. Please keep in mind this is a request service, so items only get updated/added when requested.
Be specific in which items you are asking about. In my experience most of the data subscription stuff is still tremendously lacking. This is especially true of I/O's but also images, etc.
