Does SI 5.1 work with AutoCad 2008? If so, do I need to re-load 5.1 so it can reconized AutoCad?

If you have installed AutoCAD 2008 after installing SI 5.1 then you need to reinstall Si 5.1.
SI5.1 shoud detect AutoCAD 2008 and make the needed registry entries to load into AutoCAD 2008.

where can we get the msi or exe file of the 5.1 update? Or how can we run the install again?

I tried running the repair from the Install utility and the d-tools interface doesnt load in AutoCAD 2008. Any suggestions?

Followup the next steps >

1) Open Control Panel
2) Add or Remove Programs
3) Look for System Integrator 5.1 and click Change
4) In the System Integrator 5.1 Setup dialog box click Next
5) Then click Modify
6) Look for AutoCAD Add-Ons and make sure the AutoCAD 2007 & 2008 show there as On
