Try un-registering via LANSync, and re-assigning the licenses to LANSync users, log out out of SI, and re-log back in. If that doesn't work, try to run the REPAIR option in add/remove programs.
Start\Control Panel\Add or Remove Programs\D-Tools Business Manager\Click here for support information\repair
That should do it, otherwise contact support if you are still having problems.
