Default D-Tools BusinessManager.ini issues

Anyone see this before? Just started today...

"Could not locate file C\users\”our name”\AppData\Local\Temp\tmp8EF4.tmp\D-Tools BusinessManager.ini’ Please contact your D-Tools Administrator for file."

We can see and open sales orders, we can open quicklinks and we can see the list of exported and non-exported purchase orders but we can’t open them to edit or push them to QuickBooks. We keep getting that above mentioned error message. Am I overlooking something?

Now - the project in question is checked out on my lap top and I'm not in the office to check it back in. Perhaps this is the reason for this error? I was under the impression that once we pushed information in to a sales order one can push that info to QB without the project being checked in.

Sounds like a Microsoft OS error. Have you gone to that directory to see if that .ini file is there? If so, is the file protected?

I would start there, then check that your admin settings are targeted to the correct directory.

You are correct about the sales order. That information is bascially extracted and applied independently. You should be able to use and manipulate the Sales Order without use or access to the SI project file.

From what I was told this ini file is nowhere to be found. Just a few days ago all was working swimmingly.

re-install or repair the installation. Repair SI5, and then repair or re-install business manager.

Yes that is what Tyler from tech support did on one of our client seats and all is up and running again. Some are saying this might somehow have to do with tigerpaw but no one can pinpoint why. Others with tp I guess are also experiencing the same issues.
