sausa Guest Posts: n/a	sales order I have made many sales orders, transferred them to quickbooks and collected payment,but they all remain "open". How do I close them out?

HeatherM Guest Posts: n/a	You can open the sales order in Biz Mgr, then in the upper right hand side of the screen you will see the Sales Order Details, and in that section is the 'Status' drop down menu. Select that and you can change it to closed.
