Default Strange beahviour after sync with server MMPD

Using LanSync 5.2.31 and after syncronization with our server MMPD have the following random issues:

1. Several reports are freezing up when bein generated (basically if i run the ones with graphics or images)
2. Some projects report after saving them as: Not a valid D-Tools Project

i wonder if one of our sales persons uploaded a product with an invalid character, as this is what usually happens when we get error 2, we fix the projects with the utility Dtlcleaner.

After everyone else sync MMPD we all experience the aboveproblems. We need that product database of the server as it contains all the product images to the date.
If i revert to an older product database on my PC I no longer get the above issues.

How can i verify that the product database has no invalid characters or other issues that could be causing this problems.

Thanks

Default

After doing some more troubleshooting the problem only happens at the moment with one project:

-Several reports are freezing up when bein generated on one project. Can't generate any of the following reports:
Proposal w/Graphics
Proposal w/Graphics (Install Price)
Proposal with Graphics No Prices
Proposal With Images
Proposal With Images (Install Price)

All other reports without images are generated without problems.
The process hangs for a while as i see on Task Manager that Navigator increases in Memory over 1,000,000 K then the following error as D-Tools closes:

An unexcepted exception ocurred while processing the following report document:
Report Name: Proposal With Images
Report Type: Active Reports Report Format
Exception Message: Exception of type "System.OutOfMemoryException'
was trown.

What should i look on on the product database?
If I restore an older product database i have no longer any issues generating this reports.
