Default CopyDownImage - after SP2 update
Howdy,

Win2k3 server - sql2005. 3-5 users with WinXP clients all up to 5.5 SP2. When any user at all hits "Copy down to local" - we see this error message:

Error Description: Illegal characters in path.
Error Number:-2147024809

I receive this error message when performing: "Copy Down to Local", then the sync fails to complete.

Robert - you need to contact tech support by creating a support case either on the website or through the software.
