Lansync CopyDownImage Problem - D-Tools Forum

We've just updated our server and all workstations to 5.5 SP2. I'm having one issue that popped up on a Windows 7(32bit) workstation. The rest of our workstations are working fine that still use Windows XP(SP3).

Error in Object: CopyDownImage
Error Description: Automation Error
Error Number: 2146233033

I have ensured all workstations are fully sync'd with the server and that no conflicts exist.

Having the same problem with a Windows 7 client. Everything works except for functions that access the Products50 DB, such as Sync and Download. I will submit a ticket.

The SP2 Hotfix fixes this problem. Ask Support for the Hotfix and sync will work fine.
