1. Create a new project
2. Title the project "Project Name.c"
3. Save

what i would expect to happen:

• Project is created as typed OR
• Program tells me not to use special characters in the Project name, in this case the period

what happens instead:
Project is created and when i click on the project in navigator it opens in notepad because SI5 did not add the dtl extension and my OS thinks its a C file.

This is logged as bug #6763.
Only workaround for now is not to use period (.) in project names.
