Prior to the 378 update the Project Custom Properties were not assigned to the correct XML data value. This ordering problem was corrected in 378, but because Tools stores project info in ##?##!! XML, the data is STILL in the wrong order for ALL projects created prior to 378. PLEASE run reports off of a database and NOT XML. It just complicates everything.
So now our reports ONLY work for projects created since 378.
For all projects prior to 378 I must now shift all the values except for #1 to a location that does not match the label. What a mess.

There MUST be a way to correct the OLD Project XML data without having to do these ONE AT A TIME by hand.
