initial data sync error
after doing a SI5.5 client installation and syncing product data for the first time, items in the Reports and Templates directories did not appear to sync. Syncing data a second time actually catches these directories.
1) Install SI5 client
2) After Install Login and Sync product data
what i would expect to happen:
product data, blocks, stencils, templates, and reports that are on the server are brought down to the local machine
what happens instead:
templates and reports are not copied to the local machine until a second sync is performed.
