all this is done in navigator > projects pane

1) Create new project
2) Select "ClientX"
3) name project "ProjectX"
4) check in project
5) Delete project
6) Create new project
7) Select "ClientX" again
8) name project "ProjectX" again

what happens:
error dialogue that states "projectX already exists and it cannot be added. project is created on local machine but not added to navigator.

what i would expect to happen:
project is created without issue because the original project was supposed to be deleted
OR
project is not actually created at all so local directories do not become cluttered

This has been logged as a bug.

The issue is the server holds the project as it to sync with other clients and delete the project on all other clients when other clients sync projects with server. We need to design to work around this.
