package madness
1) add a package
2) add a second package
3) select all items from the two packages
4) right click, add > Create a new package
5) Create a new package for all items from the two packages
6) run Standard Proposal report
what i would expect:
The new package is the only one that shows up
what happens instead:
New package shows up
Two old packages are still there with $0 values
there is no way to delete the two old packages...unless you like editing XML
