Default another product grid error
> right clicked on product - assign zone
> created new zone
> saved details
> clicked OK to save product in the new zone
> blamo

tried repeating the crash but wasn't able to following the exact same procedure. of course there was about 30 minutes of work that preceded that, so no telling how i got to this error. thought the runtime # might point you to an unpointed pointer that pointed me to this pointless point

Seth (senos) and I have tried replicating this on two different machines and we were unable to.

Does it happen on all items? how about a different project? Was this project created in Si5 or was it imported from a previous version like SI4? Thanks!

does not happen all the time, and i haven't run into it on any other projects. in fact its the only time i've run into it, but i thought the fact that it reported a runtime error number might help you track it down. The project was born and raised in SI5.2.

had another error pop up while performing the same kind of "zone creation/assignment" operation. Maybe they're related. of course, i am using 5.2. are bugs even being pursued on that version now?

Default more product grid errors
two more errors on the MMPD product grid. one throws an exception (or at least pops up a dialog) after trying to refresh the grid because the height column decided to become a drop down for the product category (which happens quite often).gridError #45862.jpg

the other displays the same product multiple times.

Nothing special going on here: filtered on a product category and grouped by manufacturer.

The product grid seems to be a fairly central part of the software, it would be comforting if it didn't hiccup so much. how about a special task force to get it bug free?

These bugs has been fixed in 5.5 SP1.
