SI5 load disappear after 10 seconds , an willnot start - D-Tools Forum

Hi I have the start up splash screen of SI5 appears for maybe 10 seconds then disappear and SI5 will not load and strangely no error message , the last action that I did was to change my anti virus soft ware but I have since removed this no change , this is a laptop installation my server is still ok , also tried the repair utility any help?
At present we cannot use SI5 , could you direct me to whom I should file the help request

Can you try booting into Safe Mode to see if it will launch there? If it still doesn't, you may try a repair again in Safe Mode (with Networking enabled).

Another place to check would be Event Viewer/Applications to see if there are any errors pertaining to SI5.

To boot into Safe Mode, simply restart your PC, as soon as the BIOS POST screen goes away, press F8 a few times and you should be prompted with a menu for Safe Mode with Networking.
