I've been a faithful D-tools user for years and years and years and have watched the product go from a useful tool to an over priced bloated bug infected piece of binary crap. I am reaching the end of my patience. I have invested more in this software than in my 401K!

I archived several projects to reduce the number of projects I had to sort through on the active projects screen. All was fine. Some time later, maybe a month or so, I came back and noticed that there were no files in the archive projects list. Isn't that odd? Knowing that using Dtools these days is a crap shoot I have always kept backups so at least no data was lost. Then I noticed that many Visio files that were part of these projects were missing on the server copy. Another oddity? Then while trying to import my backup copies back I get an error that won't let me. I can import the project back as long as I change the name but what a mess I now have. I have called Gold support twice now and both times I went from a useless phone answerer on the tech support line who transferred me to the sales dept?? who don't have a clue. Everyone says they'll pass on the information but here I sit with crap again. Yesterday I actually got through to a support rep who will remain nameless since he would not listen to me or answer my questions and insisted on doing things that I already did. I wanted to clean up the mess not import a file to a different name. Gold support? Ya right.
