I don't know if anyone else has come accross this, If you filter the datamatrix my room or manufacturer or something else and then delete all the items listed, when you go back to the filter to get back to show the rest of the items in the datamatrix, all of the filter tabs are blank. Even if you clear the filter, nothing else will show up in the datamatrix. Basically you have to close the project and open it up again to get back the datamatrix.

This isn't a scenario that happens all of the time but when you have to delete all the items in a room, which does happen alot, it becomes a pain.

I have experience this myself as well many times.

At the end of projects I filter "unassigned" items that I missed by accident and once they all get assigned I try and clear the filter and I get blanks everywhere (all tabs)

Then when I try and search something (while blank) it reinserts whatever filter I originally had. It takes "button mashing" for the tree to come back.

Has happened on very small projects and very large ones as well.
