Rethink

I don't know if anyone else is hitting this problem but every once in a while the software will reinstall(Reconfigure). As an example. I had a project open in SIText, closed the project, didn't check in project, then reopened it in SIText and it went through the process of reconfiguring.
It puts a shortcut on my desktop as if it went through the installation process.
This has happened on my desktop and laptop.

Any thoughts. It isn't critical, just annoying.
