There's no troubleshooting section for V5, so I'll post this here.

I've seen lots of posts for this, but haven't seen a solution so far.

I have one particular project that reports it is checked out by me (it's not.)

Logging in as the project creator with administrator rights, "the force undo check out" is greyed out.

I can open it read only, but I'm going to need to make some changes for the final contract this weekend.

Any suggestions? This used to be an easy fix in V4.

I used support to resolve this issue. Just make the call. Its not something I'd really want to do myself.

That would be fine, if I had a support contract.
