I just tested this... the cable remained in the project and in visio but the checkbox for OFE had become un-ticked, however the price had changed to zero. I believe it might be a bug (however this should not affect your pricing *if* thats all its doing).
I don't use pricing yet. I use OFE to exclude items from the line items report. And i have modified the wireconnections report to show if a cable is supplied with other equipment.
So I hope d-tools can adress this BUG very soon...
Yes this is causing me issues with reporting now. Due to the tick dissapearing, it is now technically not OFE and can not be filtered out... although pricing is okay it is still very limiting.
Are there plans for an update? There are a couple of bugs that dont appear to be big but should be fixed.
Yup - I see this too... PLUS - I've been asking forever - please... add the text in the description that it's OFE!!!
We charge for the cables and labor to install an OFE - and use the "Installed Price" reports - so the number includes accessories and installation - customers are getting confused sometimes that we're offering the product, at a great discount to them.
