It takes very long time when I click on the reports-button. 5-10 minutes before I can do anything. But when i got in the first time, it's not any problem switching between projects and reports....
Seems like it cant connect to the reports start-page
The text is in Norwegian, but it indicates that
-Not connected to the internet
-Problems with the web page
-problems with the web adress

This error occurs on all computers we have upgraded to 5.2

Do you have some on 5.1 and some on 5.2?

If so, is that okay to do? What does support say about that?

This is on those upgraded to 5.2
sent a request to support yesterday, still waiting for a response from there...

Are you connected to the internet when you are clicking the reports tab?

I managed to get that page on friday, but today I get an 404-error(page not found)
(I only reach that page from my home computer, but not on work)

And now, when tht 404-error comes up, i can enter reports much quicker...
Seems like when the page existed, it tried to open it, but because of some problems opening it, there where a looong time-out. But now when the page doesn't exist, it gets the error right away, and doesn't need to wait for a timeout.

We moved our servers to a different machine over the weekend, which is why you got the 404 message. This has been fixed, so you should see the page now.

However, if you are still experiencing delays opening this page, I recommend avoiding it in favor of the Reporting Center (Tools > Reporting Center). The Reporting Center has more functionality and it is easier to select different projects to run reports on. At least that's my personal experience.

Is there a place where I can change the address you mentioned above?
So I can put in an address where I can get the 404 error.. I'd rather be able to go in to the reports this way.
