Default Can Not Delete Resources in Business Manager

I have been patiently waiting for Business Manager to work correctly. I tried it again today (first time since the SI5.1 update), and have come across a few screwy bugs.

I created a WO and assigned resources to try out the process. Things definitley seem to work a little more fluently, but here's what I have ran into:

Bug1 - When trying to run a project hours report by assigned resource, all I get for the resource name is "10" and "11"

Bug2 - Why can't I find or edit the Business Manager reports as I can with all the other reports? The Business Manager reports come out all funky and do not jive with the standard we have put in place (by using custom reports)

Bug3 - When I got frustrated and decided to wait for the next update (to 5.2) to try again, I deleted my WOs. Then for the hell of it, I tried to delete a resource. Though the WOs are clearly gone, I have exited the program and logged back on, SI5.1 keeps telling me the resource is assigned and I need to unassign them prior to being able to delete the resource

Bug4 - Can not delete Resource Groups, Types, or Codes
