Default Cannot open file - busy in another application

I came to work to find windows performed an automatic update. When I left the previous day I'd left a proposal open in SItext. Now I cannot re-open the file; a message reads "... project.dtl is already open in another application. You must close that file before opening another file in the same project." Anyone know how to fix this problem???

Something similar has happened to me a few times...
The support team had me rename my project folder to projects.old (or what ever your project folder is named). Make sure your SI5 is closed. When you start it up next time it rebuilds your project folder and all is well. Don't panic if you use LanSync and it dosen't ask for log in info. Make sure that "LANSync Online" is checked in your 'File' menu, restart SI5 and you should get your Logon screen.

Actually, there is a simple way to fix this in almost all cases. Simply find and delete the projectname.mdb file that is found in the project folder. This is a temporary database file that is created when the project is opened and deleted when it is closed. If it does not get deleted due to an abnormal close, then you get this error.
