Rethink

Went to change an image with a product previously entered, but I can't delete or change the image. When I click save it gives me the following error and reverts to the saved image. I originally added this image, but now cannot change it. See image for error.

In XP, images are stored at
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\D-Tools\SI5\Visualizations\Images

Was this an image that you originally entered?

Can you modify other Images? Or is this one the only problem?

Make sure you have proper Windows folder permissions.

I assume the image is not open in another application.

What application did you use to create/save the image file?


I downloaded this item from our online data and added the image from the Sonance Website (jpg). I was able to remove and add.
