Default We are sorry the requested Licence has already been installed, on another computer

Hi I have sent a message to support, trouble with the tome difference they are not available, until this afternoon, and I was hoping that some D-tools tech was on line to help with this on.
I opened up Navigator this morning to find this message; we have not installed any other soft ware on any other pc.
Is their a quick fix to this, or do we have to wait for support in a few hours time

Did anyone help you out with this? I'm having the same problem too - worked fine all day yesterday and now I'm getting the same "error". No one else has loaded D-Tools on their lap top/computer here other than myself.

Did you install the Server Components (LANSync) or just the Client Components (SI 5)?

We have also experienced this issue and e-mailed support. Please post the resolution to this on the forum ASAP, we have not heard back from support and are working remotely out of our offices today and tomorrow. We have scheduled trainings that will be cancelled soon if this is not addressed. Seems the licenses can be released on D-Tools end without interfacing with our machines directly.

Need help soon!

You need to send an email to support with your vol serial # and ask them to release the license.

To get the vol serial #...
Start > Run, Type "CMD" (or however you get to a command prompt)
at the prompt type "Vol"
