Default Incomplete or cropped fields inside some windows

I'm finding that many windows are missing portions of the fields or text information. Examples: the login popup just shows the very top edge of the enter button, or when using the setup wizard in Step 6 the window only shows the very top edge of the lower section (Phase Specific Adjustments). My PC is running WinXP but with the Win Classic windows theme (could never get used to the newer XP theme). I'm currently taking MED's MIT classes so I've seen the windows the way they're supposed to look.

What DPI setting are you running?
Display Properties > Advanced > General or one of the tabs

Yes, that must be the issue. For running a screen resolution of 1680 x 1050, I had the DPI set to 120 to help make things readable. Is there a DPI above normal (96) that will work for SI5? I found running at 1680 x 1050 with DPI set at large was the best setup for me on this widescreen laptop and avoid text becoming to hard to read.
