Can not check in project ( it's not check out ), it's not highlighted in bold, and when I right click over project name the option of checking in is grayed out.

PS. SI5 is not ready for prime-time, a lot of issues I have seen so far.
I'm not sure I understand. You say you cannot Check-In the project, but I think you also said it is not checked out. Can you check it Out or In? I assume LANSync is installed and you are able to communicate with the LANSync server.
Do you recall the steps that let to this problem. Your best bet is to contact support Monday AM.
