Default New Projects - Can't creat Visio files

It seems that I don't have the ability to create visio files for any project.
Existing 4.6 projects that were imported and had Visio files open just fine. However, I can not add a new drawing to the project.

On new projects I created in Si5, the project opens in Text. When I go back to the project navigator, The option to create new visio file is grayed out.

Yes. I have SI5 Pro. And Visio was installed prior to installing Dtools. However, I did not install the version that came with Dtools, as I had recently installed the Office package that came with the MS action pack.

I've tried opening Visio first, then SI5. I've opened an existing Visio file Dtools project, and still no luck to make the "New Drawing" from the "open in Visio" menu option.

Your best bet on this one is to contact tech support at 866-386-6571 x2. For some reason the SI5 Visio component did not install when you installed the Desktop application.

You may be able to go into your Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and Modify the "System Integrator 5" program installation to have it install.

Another way to proceed would be to uninstall the desktop using the Installation Wizard, then reinstall. When you do, select the "Custom" option and make sure Visio is selected. If Visio is not on the list, you definitely need to contact tech support.

I figured that was the solution (call tech support), I just figured I'd ask here since I wasn't going to be in the office during normal support hours for D-tools for the next couple of days.
