I have generated a proposal report and have a few of issues:

Packages for which I have NOT SELECTED "Summarize in Client Reports" are not following this rule. I have made sure that in Report Definition -> Parameters, the "Summarize Package" is set to "Item Setting", yet I still am getting a single line item in the report for these packages. Packages for which I HAVE SELECTED "Summarize in Client Reports" ARE displaying as a single line item (this is good), but I am not sure if it's obeying my setting, or just summarizing all packages.

Also, I am having a similar issue for products with accessories. Even with the Report Definition -> Parameters, "Summarize Accessories" set to "Item", accessories of items for which I have selected "Hide Accessory Detail" are still being displayed.

Finally, when I have two of an item in a project, it is showing in the proposal as two separate lines each with a quantity of 1. Is there a setting for this that I am missing?

Did you install the Pre-Release or one of the beta releases? It sounds like you are using older versions of these reports. If so, you can clean this up by doing the following:

1. Save all your Custom Reports to zip file by using Tools > Export Reports from the Reporting Center.

2. Close SI5 completely.

3. Delete this file from your hard drive:
C:\Documents and Settings\{user name}\Application Data\D-Tools\SI5\Reports\ReportData.XML
where {user name} is your windows user name
* Note: the path is different if you are using Vista

4. Reopen SI5 and the Reporting Center

5. Import your custom reports by using Tools > Import Reports and browsing to the zip file you saved in step one.

I can not seem to produce a report with out it summarizing the accessories (in particular the Proposal With Images (Install Price).
Do I need to do whats mentioned above? I do not meet that criteria.

If you never installed a beta version, you should not be having this problem. In particular, setting the "Summarize Accessories" to "All" in the Report Definition should cause all accessories to be hidden. If "All" works but "Item" does not, then the problem is in the project.

If this does not work, please contact support.

P.S. You might also try downloading a proposal variant, such as Proposals by Price, and see if they work. If they do, the problem is in the report itself. Otherwise it's in the project or there is something else going on (support can help with that).
